Nov 18 3:06pm had to return two smoothies that I get on a regular basis. One tasted like coffee not banana and the other... smoothie couldn't be sucked up through the straw it so bad. All I ask for is a good smoothie for the price I'm paying. $16.00is not chump change for two smoothies. The remake smoothie was not right either but too frustrated to go back in again. Walk into store at least 6 people standing around when one not so friendly one advises me they only serve at drive thru. Then... why have the door open. Against my better judgment I went to drive thru and was in line mote than 20 minutes. None of this makessense. It is so hard to do Business in my neighborhood. The service is so bad!! Need to find another location!! Read more

Very bad experience, placed an in app order for three smoothie, decided to go through the drive thru being I had a toddler in... tow. Waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru before deciding to go inside. Once inside. I waited several more minutes past thetime my order should've been completed. I also watched a customer come in, place and receive their order before I received mine.As my order was finally being prepared I asked for a plastic cup for my childs smoothie because as most smoothie kings knowchildren poke holes through styrofoam therefore they automatically place kid size smoothies in plastic. I was told they do nothave plastic cups for kids and could not place the smoothie in a bigger plastic cup and could not give me a plastic cup. I askedfor a refund on my order because what's the use of paying for a smoothie when it would be wasted. The cashier only refunded thekids smoothie when I wanted the whole order refunded, I just threw my hands up and reluctantly accepted the rest of my order asmy toddler cried in wonder of where her smoothie was...visit again?...absolutely not Read more

Walked in for a smoothie and was told the dining room was closed. Went to car for the drive through and sat there behind cars... that was piling up befire someone finally came out and said we are waiting for anoth person. Read more

Customer service was terrible. Took the longest to be acknowledged. Staff member couldnt answer any questions regarding... ingredient, jist a shrug and "I dont know. Ordered 5 smoothies, about $50. They charged me from an extra cup, ok fine. Afterwaiting my 4 year old had to use the bathroom, bathrooms was locked. The staff member claimed she didn't know if it was workingor not. Hate when establishments treat they customers like trash. Read more
