Don't bother. The lack of customer service is astounding. I placed my order, and 25 minutes later still hadn't gotten it, even... though there were no other customers. I ask about it, and the barista never pulled mobile orders. She then tells me they have noespresso so she can't make my order. No apology, just hands me the receipt and tells me to go to customer service for a refund.It would've been great if she had checked mobile orders and said something before wasting my time. If only I could leave 0 stars. There?s no sense of urgency at this location. The employees spend too much time clowning around... with each other to bother to make your drink. I went at 9 am so I expected it to be busy. I left due to time constraints butcame back at 1 and they were still slow with barely any customers. Decatur needs need an actual Starbucks location!! This location lacks the quality and consistency in customer experience that I have come to expect from Starbucks. Examples of... this are lack of inventory, incorrect drink orders and unacceptable customer service. Two terrible experiences is all I canhandle. Read more

I always have to explain what matcha is and they don?t even know how to ring it up on the register. Honestly that should?ve been... a clue that they wouldn?t do a good job making the drink. I think they just need real training and pay there employees a littlemore for better service Read more

Closed most of the time& when open, it?s extremely slow. I watched 2 ppl in front of me refund orders due to them being made... incorrectly and the long wait. I also had to be refunded due to the wait. Nothing against the young ladies working because I?msure they were doing the best they could, but Better training and staffing is needed. Read more

I was not impresses with this starbucks. Its located inside of Kroger which isnt clear from google and needs to be updated. When... I arrived there were 3people in front of me. Despite there being two workers, the line moved super slow. It took me about15-20mins to get my drink and when I received it, it was incorrect. I came here because I was in the area and needed a boost butI wouldnt come back again. Read more

I sat and watched as they mixed up everyone?s orders. Mine came around and I tried to tell them in the moment it was wrong. She... continued to add regular milk and was made when it was supposed to be almond. They were also kind of rude after after having tofix the mistake.
