This review is for the owner to know that the lady this morning was extremely disrespectful even after giving us an incorrect... and incomplete order. I ordered two sandwiches and a drink, and had mentioned garlic aioli on the side for both. On remindingher about that, she gave only one side and that too about 20% full. I asked her for the other side to which she very rudely said- you got the other sandwich free so I will not give you the side for that! The owner should either fire or train this employee,so that they do not repeat such poor customer service and bring a bad name to their business. Read more

Don?t go here! They are thieves. They will pretend to take your coupon and still charge you full amount. You are suppose to... scan the coupon but they won?t tell you that. They lie and tell you to give them the coupon and pretend like they applied itand still charge you full amount. When I questioned them why the discount didn?t show up, they got upset with me. They alsoare very stingy with vegetables and are rude when you ask for more. Subway corporate needs to investigate this location Read more

Worst customer service. The lady started yelling for no reason and was extremely rude. I felt disrespected. Maybe I walked in... right when she was trying to hide dead roaches or something. I will be filing a complaint with Subway corporate. Read more

The absolute worst customer service ever. The lady was rude, and yelling at me. I actually felt disrespected. I would give... negative stars if this was an option. Would not recommend. There are better locations where the restaurant is clean the way itshould be and the staff is very friendly and nice. Read more

Really bad costumer service. The lady was screaming at me instead of talking she was very impatient. I was trying to pay with a... eGift card from work and she said she did not know how to use the computer to take the payment using it. Her companion was therebut she did not know either. I think they need to have training on how to use modern pay systems to give a better costumerservice. Read more
