Subway advertises that it serves fresh veggie toppings for sandwiches and salads. Since Covid, this location has been serving... lettuce that is brown, wilted and bell peppers that are wilted, stringy and slimy looking! The sandwich did not taste fresh. In fact, the sandwich had a slight chemical taste to it. Perhaps disinfectant is sprayed onto surfaces or near the food items.After eating the sandwich, I developed an upset stomach. We had to tell the lady to toast the meatball sub...she was just gonna give it to us cold. She put so much marinara on the bread... is falling apart cause it's so wet. Please train people on how to make sandwiches before letting them do their one and onlyjob...which is make sandwiches...I got a veggie patty sub which she didn't microwave before toasting so it's still cold.Everytime we've gone they've never greeted us or said thank. We always get the feeling it's a burden to get food from them. Likeif you hate your job so much then don't do it, pretty easy. Won't be going back anymore. Read more

Omg the worst!!!! The co workers were getting ready to fight in the middle of making my order. To make matters worse it was the... manager getting ready to fight and threatening the employees. The line was getting long and they didn't care. If it wasn't forthe customers saying something im positive they would have been fighting and to top it off the sandwiches i got made werehorrible!!! I hated the way my online order was handled. The bread was wrong, it wasn?t toasted & there was no cheese on it. Come to find... out they ran out of some things. My mom went to pick it up & none of that was told to her. I had to find out by going up therethe next day. I understand y?all run out of things but you should let the customer know that. A heads up of hey we had to makeyour sandwich differently would have been great. Read more

Now, typically this Subway has good service overall, and the food is good. However, on this particular occasion, I came at... 7:52pm on Saturday. Clearly, their closing time on their door said 8:00pm on Saturday. The ?Open? sign was on.... So, when Iwalked in at 7:53pm expecting to get a sub, the server at the counter already had all the food out of their stalls in the frontcounter, getting ready to close the shop. All he said was ?Closed,? and nothing else. I let him know on the spot that he neededto at least turn off the ?Open? sign at the very least, and I left. All in all: It is ridiculously unprofessional to close astore before the time that you say it is to be closed. That is bad customer service, and should not be tolerated by the public.Sadly, because of this action, Subway has lost my business at this particular location for the foreseeable future. Read more

Service was good and professional. Had sweet onion teriyaki foot long with peanut butter cookies, and vitamin water. One server... cleaned while the other made sandwiches and salads. When she finished she joined in. Place was clean, and customers wereconstant. Read more
