I usually stop along here on my way home from work. Recently they began this nonsense of there is no small combo! Just because... it says medium or large on the sign does not mean it cannot be rang up as small. They even were lying saying they cannot give mea small cup, but eventually they gave because they already rang me up as medium and didn?t give me a receipt. I?m confused whythis change like the difference is coming out of their pockets or something. I?ve complained to corporate as well, but doubtanything will be done. Read more

I will not be coming back. Customer service is terrible. I ordered food with my boys in the lobby told the cashier I will be... sitting to wait, waited for over 15 mins till I went to counter, the workers talking bout personal business in front of me as Ikept asking hello where's my food then one turns to me go to the side where our food was sitting the other lady stated shedidn't know where I was an my boys pretty loud. My food was cold cold had to remind them to make my drink bc they almost forgot.So poor they don't care so will never go back again! Read more

Went tonight to just grab a quick late meal when I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker I literally got nothing but sarcasm and a... attitude from the employee. I continued to try to be patient but the rudeness was just beyond unprofessional. I will never comehere again!!! Worse experience ever at a drive thru I rather drive the few extra miles to go to the other Wendy?s where I?ll betreated with respect. Read more

Just when you they had got it together at this location they clearly have not! I always order the exact same thing so I know the... exact price. This time the total was two dollars higher. I asked the girl with the faux locs why it was she said you got themedium... No ma'am I have a small. So she gets mad get on the mic to tell them I want a small. This whole time she is rollingher eyes. But it's taking her a while to correct the order. She finally did but didn't say what the total was. I asked for areceipt she said get it at the next window. Moved up got the receipt out the bag she over charged me again added on some couponbook they are selling. When I came back through the line the girl standing there with an even nastier look on her face mad causeI'm calling her out. The other person standing by her took blame for it even you she was not around when it happened. We attempted to place an order at the drive thru speaker, and the cashier said she couldn't hear as I spoke loudly. We pulled up... to the window, and the cashier directed us to go back thru the line to place an order. We spoke the manager and explained theissue, and she was unapologetic and dismissive. Read more

Just had a Wendy's breakfast for the first time. It was great. Biscuit was kinda generic but still tasty none the less. Now the... side you get was amazing. They should just replace their normal fries with these. Just my option. Read more
