My older disabled mother came in with my son today and tried to order. Short light-skinned girl w/ neck tattoos at register... being incredibly rude to customers. When my mom ordered, she scoffed and my mother asked her if placing a larger order was aproblem, to which this girl replies that ?yes it was?. So my mother left. I came in myself and spoke to a ?manager? who actedlike nothing had happened and that I was trying to fabricate something. Wouldn?t discuss the matter further unless my mom waswilling to come back inside. But I wasn?t about to subject my disabled mother to anymore of their foolishness. Just a reminderof what a vile, disgusting world we live in. This is why so many people take their business to the other side of town.Absolutely disgusted with these people and their behavior. If you cannot handle a job in customer service, I suggest you findemployment elsewhere. Read more
I showed up at 10:18 am for breakfast after checking online that they serve breakfast until 10:30. They person in from of me... orders, and I see on the screen that they got a honey butter chicken biscuit, which is a breakfast item. At 10:21 I'm stillwaiting at the window and nobody says anything. Then at 10:22, the girl at the window finally takes my order, rings up mybreakfast items, and as I'm ordering my coffee she all of a sudden says "we're not serving breakfast anymore." Keep in mind thatnot even 5 minutes before, they took an order for somebody else for breakfast, and I was there well within their breakfastwindow. So thanks a whole bunch for lying to my face and wasting my time. I get now why your rating is so low. Read more
Dark-skinned Worker with Red braids is rude AS HELL, and should be fired for being so nasty to customers. Completely went off... when I pulled up to the drive thru and said hello twice. She started to yell and say that she could see me and that I needed tocalm down and wait. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wouldn't recommend coming here at all and the food was nasty too.. Read more
They usually give me the wrong order but tonight was a new low. They made the correct order but with STALE BREAD. The bun was... hard as a rock. You could feel how hard it is. Why even give that to someone knowing it?s hard??? Stale bread could literallymake someone sick. They need to do better. Read more
I was there today and ordered the (2) #3- 10 pcs. Regular Nuggets with a lemonade drinks. I get home with Luke warm fries and... all spicy Nuggets that definitely had been cooked earlier. This is absolutely the worse customer service I had ever receivedfrom Wendy's. I tried to call them but...no one answer the phone. I wonder why??? I should've checked my order immediatelybefore leaving...!!! They don't deserve a star at all! Read more
I was at the point of giving up on Wendy's as a fast food choice. Before 4 times previously at other locations burger is always... overcooked, dry and inedible. But this experience was amazing. The manager on site worked beautifully with his staff. He got mea fresh burger off the grill and then dumped fries and cooked me fresh fries. I didn't ask or complain or say anything.Definitely return and hope same experience. Staff stayed busy cleaning counters and lobby. Read more
What a dump! I don't understand it? Why would someone spend all the money they must have spent on modernizing the building and... then not manage the place? The inside dining area is a total disaster. The people behind the counter seem to be distracted withsomething else other than work. The bathrooms are nasty. Surprisingly the food was decent but I won't be going back due to thevery low standards of the people who are managing the place and the employees they have hired. Disappointing to say the least.Should have read the reviews before walking into the place.???? Told me they would give me a receipt in the bag, wasn?t in the bag, told me to wait, waited 10 minutes just to have to go in for... them to say the receipt machine isn?t working. They should?ve said something before hand. My food ended up being cold which Itold them and they could care less. I will not order anything from these trifling employees ever again. Read more
