To the owners: If you're going... to hirer high-schoolers to represent you at the register, you must teach them how to do it right. I?m only rating a one star based off service. I placed an order for a Turkey burger with Swiss cheese and bacon i received a... beef burger and American cheese. Now granted I didn?t really pay attention to the detail until after I had started eating athome. They closed at 9:30 and it was 9:00 so there was no way I was going to drive back as they closed. I called and they askedme to refrigerate the burger and bring it back the next day. Like what kind of nasty mess is that? Why not accept a picture of aclear incorrect burger and let me enjoy what i didn?t ask for. But now you want to put me in a position to spend more money toeat out and not correct your mistake because people lie? This location has gone down hill. Be careful when you order the fish. I ordered the 2 piece fish and they basically took one... piece of fish and split it in half and fried it. I don?t eat the wings but my husband complained about the wings. Read more
I read reviews and thought I?d give this place a try ... upon walking in the floor was extremely sticky.. I ordered wings fried... 3X crispy and made sure to emphasize this to the cashier who ensured me it would be correct .. sadly the wings were soft. Theflavor of the wings were really good but I was extremely disappointed by the rice that was oddly sweet as if the rice was boiledin sugar water.. Wings are all saucy, even the lemon which was not a pleasant experience. I wish they had said this is the way that make their... wings because I'd not the norm. Its also salty here.
