The worst thing in the world that could happen......happened: my tenders were not done. I took one bite and they were wet... showing half pink colored chicken. Disgusting!! I mean the food was ready when I got there (online order) but please take thetime to cook the food. Also, the time before that I tried to order the free Zac snack reward and the app still charged me. I usually don?t leave reviews unless it was a very horrible experience. Worst worst Zaxbys I?ve ever been to. I ordered two... wings and things one tongue torch the other wimpy. Both wings had no sauce on them and everything was cold. I go back to thestore (I live 40 min away) but I was 10 min away when I turned around. Let the girl at the window know after waiting 10 extramin for her to come to the window. Told her there was no sauce on the wings and everything was cold and dry (she didn?t care).Horrible attitude, I asked her for tongue torch sauce she hands me spicy Zax sauce and shuts the window. The service was a little and the meal was okay. I had the Wings and Chicken fingers meal. The only complaint was that the... boneless chicken was a little hard and the Texas toast was kind of tough it wasn't fresh to me. The crinkle cut fries were justlike I like my fries to be fresh and hot. I would not call it "value priced" I paid just under $12 for 5 boneless wings 3chicken fingers fries Texas toast and a soda. Every time I go to this location my so called Texas toast is Texas bread!!! Not toasted at all! Highly disappointed!

The line is usually pretty long at this location .. So keep that in mind. Im surprised the line wasn't wrapped around the... building on my last visit. Never really had a problem with my order. They did forget my extra ranch but other than that, thefood is good. Read more

Decided to stop at Zaxbys earlier this week to get fried mushrooms. A young lady with blue/green hair that worked the register... was so busy playing she rung me up for cheese bites. Wasn?t until I got home that I notice that she had done so. I was veryupset and the only reason why I didn?t say anything is because we all make mistakes and Manager was assisting others verypolitely. Oh but TODAY 05/02/2022 I decided to try it again since they?ve just opened and lord whyyy did I do that. Went inside,Manager greeted us and went to drive thru! 5mins later after I?m done reading their store score which was a (C). I asked wasanyone going to assist us. Sis had to be new because it took her another 6-7mins to complete our transaction. Customer servicewasn?t horrible but she need to talk up and move a little faster. So I ordered a house salad, fried mushrooms and some Frenchfries. As you can see down below there is HAIR in my salad and the fried mushrooms was fried brick hard and she didn?t even giveme ranch for my salad, I had to use the one out the mushrooms box. I went through the drive thru. The line moved slowly. When I placed my order the casher was not knowledgeable about menu items.... I ordered a (wings and things) #3 buffalo style. When you request a plate or wings and things 'buff' the fingers are dipped inyour choice of sauce, and the usual Zax sauce is replaced with ranch (So, you get two ranches. Instead of one zax and oneranch). I asked to substitute one of my ranches for a honey mustard. She did not understand the request. So, I had to explainas I did above. I could hear a guy in the background explaining or correctly telling her my order. (This gave me the perceptionthe unit is in the process of developmenting new team members). The lady at the window was polite. She repeated my order. Iasked for extra ketchup and seasoning salt. I got 3 pks of ketchup, which for me is not the extra but ???????. After a longwait and checking my order, it is mostly correct. I am glad I asked for season salt because the fries did not have any onethem.
