If I could give zero stars I would. I have never felt as unwelcome as I did at this location. I had an order of the boneless... wings meal with a side of the cheddar bites. As I?m ordering my food I hear this lady saying ?my god? huffing at every littlething that I ordered. She quickly tells me my total and orders me to pull forward. Once I get to the window she asks if I had aboneless wings and things meal which I politely correct her and tell her that my order is incorrect. Thinking she fixed it, Igive her my card but when I look at the receipt I noticed she didnt change that nor added my cheese bits (which I know she heardbecause she had added more of her commentary after I asked for them). Mind you, the window was opened the whole time. I try toget her attention but she was too busy yelling at the rest of the workers, even the worker that tried to fix her mistake. Shedoesn?t respect her coworkers or the customers. I don?t know her name but she is an older white lady around 5?3 with salt andpepper hair. Another lady came and ?fixed? the situation around 7 minutes later adding the cheese bits with the boneless wingsand things. She tried to gas light me thinking I was getting a deal because I would?ve originally paid around 14 dollars whenI?ve only paid 12. This was my lunch break and I only get 45 minutes to enjoy it. Delicious chicken, and I would know because I'm a connoisseur of both unborn and expired chicken. It took a little bit longer... than I would have thought. If you go to this Zaxby's make sure that you wear a light jacket. It was as cold as the shoulder Igive my wife when I call her to complain about something and she complains about my complaining. The new Zignature sandwich is horrible. Overcooked and dry. I used to like Zaxby's back in the day, but they have gone downhill.... I like Zaxby's but this location was not up to par. The bathroom was horrible and there we as absolutely no soap. Like. . .the... soap dispenser was broken, disassembled, demolished! So. . . how are the workers washing their hands before returning back towork?? I notified one of the workers as he was also headed to the restroom, and he politely gave me some hand sanitizer andstated he had to find some soap. While we're dealing with numerous outbreaks in this country, washing our hands is a verysimple hygienic routine to prevent spread. So managers, supervisors, someone, please make sure your business locations have allthe proper tools needed to be safe and sanitary. Read more

Waited 40 minutes in the drive through, just to be greeted at the window and told that they were out of large drink cups. They... wouldn?t change the order to medium drinks so I paid for large and only got medium. Got home to find dry wings and dry tossedtenders, no dipping sauce, and half filled cole slaw. Ordered the new signature chicken sandwich with spicy sauce meal. Sandwich and fries were warm and fresh. Chicken sandwich... breading has good flavor without being over salty. Chicken was juicy and tender. The spicy sauce was not spicy/hot but still hadgood flavor. I recommend trying this sandwich. Read more
