If i could give a worse rating i would. This has been the worst Arby's experience EVER. I could not be more disappointed with... the staff, unhygienic and lazy. They didn't even pay attention to me and my husband when we walked in and wanted to order. Wewalked out becuase we went unnoticed, but went online to order, online it said they were working. And keep in mind there werepeople going through the drive thru, so we knew they were still open. We waited in the drive though for over 15 minutes and whenwe finally came next apparently our order "didn't come through" but we had the virtual receipt and everything. Women said we arewrong and don't have the right address. we showed her our receipt and she was like "oh" like cmon we just want our food that wePAYED for ALREADY. Lady said okay i'll see what i can do, told us to pull to the corner and wait. we waited for we don't knowhow long we're getting ready to leave. Then eventually they handed us a tiny crumbled bag. We drove away completely fed up onlyto then discover that they completely messed up our order. we ordered 2 meals the fresh market buffalo chicken wraps meals×2one small and one large. we got the wraps that were falling apart and 1 small cup of STALE, smelly, rock solid fries. i can goon and on but literally we hated this. we do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. seriously don't even consider. Literally the worst! Came inside and waited in line the person behind the counter just kept on cleaning. He definitely saw us... and just kept on wiping down their disgusting counter. Stood there for 5 minutes and just walked out. Did not want to eat fromthis filthy location and food made by these people. Read more
Sept 12 2022.. just ate there this evening. Probably the best meal ive had at a fast food restauraunt. Gyros eere on point. The... fries were cooked as perfect as Ive ever had. Just had the country style rib sandwich. Best fast food sandwich i have ever had.Deeeelicious. Friendly staff as well. Read more
They have THE BEST roast beef! And the curly fries and shakes are heavenly.
No story to tell here. I got some mozzarella sticks. The woman who helped me was polite.
I seriously wait all year for the Pecan chicken Salad sandwich to come back out in the spring. It is the best sandwich offered... from any fast food chain as far as I am concerned. The problem is more times than not when I show up to get a sandwich they areout. I don?t understand why someone doesn?t start making more when they notice they are almost out. The sandwiches are costlyand I promise I simply drive off when you are out. Food was genuinely good, only odd experience was at the register when ordering. The cashier refused to make eye contact and... seemed genuinely uninterested as she spaced out 5 or so times and continually asked me to repeat myself. This was followed byher walking in front of me while attempting to grab napkins. I will admit I'm soft spoken but the third excuse me still noresponse. At this point I simply stepped back and proceeded to wait for her to complete her wiping of the counter she did.Looked back made direct eye contact, and commenced to grab things from under the counter still between me, and the napkindispenser. Arby's is always good they cook to order most times when im in there guarantee freshness love it.
