Went there tonight to pick up a door dash order the cashier was standing at counter, my husband walks in and says I?m here to... pick up door dash. The cashier starts laughing and says we have no pizza it?s been closed for an hour, he said well your app letthem order? She said not my problem! He came out to car we contacted door dash, I look up and she?s smoking a vape pen in thestore!! Looks at me out the window gives me a dirty look and hits the vape AGAIN. Her n the man both in street clothes no nametags! I go in the store and asked who?s the manager? Her response they?re not here! I said I didn?t ask that! She said what canI help you with? I said WHO IS THE MANAGER? She said Ann? started naming 3 other names quickly I said who do I need tocontact She said probably Ann what is the problem? The staff here are lazy, I came in to pick up a pizza that said would be done by 4:55 and here it is 5:19 and they JUST NOW put... it in. This isn?t the first time this has happened. They are all on their phones and pay zero attention to the customers. Theirservice is horrific. A lady told me when I walked in it would be 7 minutes extra and here it is almost a half hour. The only reason I'm not just leaving 1 star is their food has usually been good, tonight that all changed! I ordered the 1... topping pizza with breadsticks, brownie bites and a 2 litre for $18 plus $2 tip. The pizza was absolutely drenched in grease! Ittasted as bad as it looked, I managed to take 3 bites and was done. The breadsticks were average as were the brownie bites. Iwill probably try Casey's pizza again sometime in the future hoping this was a one time event. If it tastes like it should iwill edit this review, if still bad then maybe only 1star... Read more
Don't bother with breakfast here its terrible now. We come in every morning same time a group of 4 or 5 people and the food used... to be great. Now the sandwiches are cold and literally not even cooked most of the time and the pizza looks like it had beenthere since 5 and we come in around 8. Ann is awesome but who ever has made the food the past few days needs let go. I getdrinks here and breakfast at pilot now about to just be one stop at pilot everyday. Read more
