This is the last time I try dominos. I don?t know what?s wrong with this location, but incompetent workers seems to be the trend... here. Always making orders wrong or bringing pizza that was apparently thrown in their delivery vehicles. I order a pizza withextra sauce and light cheese, it arrives with extra cheese and almost NO SAUCE. When I call I get a ?manager? who sounds halfasleep and wants ME to bring it back ( I ordered delivery for a reason, I don?t want to get out ). It is what it is I suppose.Lack of good workers. My fault for not sticking with Godfathers pizza. They know how to do pizza right! Read more
Great service, food was hot, the cashier was helpful in answering any questions I had, took the time to help me even though I... didn't know what I wanted or how long I took. Would recommend eldorado dominos to friends and family. Keep up the good work.Love you guys. Read more

We haven't always had the best experience with this restaurant, but our last few orders have seen major improvement. It... definitely depends on the quality of the work staff as to how your pizza turns out. Kudos on the improvements. Read more
The lady working - the only one working - was doing the best she could. Better to close than have someone wait 1.5 hours for... pizza. Pizza was assembled too quickly = low quality - just a horrible experience Tried to make up with a couple free items. Management at this location should be replaced. Read more
Go to Domino?s for literally ONLY the 2nd time in my life. I ordered the stuffed cheese bread and the chicken bacon ranch... sandwich. Got home to see that the stuffed cheese bread looked good but the chicken bacon ranch only had 4 small pieces ofchicken with bacon bits and cheese. I called the store and the guy said he needed to second opinion this and needed me to bringit back to the store. By this time I really didn?t want to get back out but to prove a point to the guy that had sarcastic tohim we took it back and instead of having it remake it I just wanted my money back by now. When we took it back the manager wasvery hesitant about giving my money back and I didn?t event get the full amount for the sandwich and that is all I wasreturning. **Memo noted never to return to domino?s especially the one on Elderado in Decatur Illinois go to subway if you wanta sandwich. i?ve never had such bad service from a Domino?s. called wondering where my stuff was, told to wait 10-15 min after the app said... was delivered. then, called again when nope, the manager- the MANAGER OF THE STORE- told me the driver ?rang the bell? there?sno bell? and left it. in an apartment complex in a foyer. never even apologized or nothing been sitting there who knows how longat least half an hour from the ap message of delivered so?. pizza wasn?t extra mushroom but cheese- fortunately other was madecorrectly just cold. i will never order here again.
