These ladies were short staffed. They only had one driver on a Saturday night. We ended up having to go pick it up. This did... not bother me because one: I've worked in the restaurant business and I know what it means to be short staffed. And two: themanager gave us a discount and a soda for our trouble, even though it wasn't their fault. Bottom line : great service and goodfood. I recommend. However, remember they're short staffed sometimes. If you have no patience, don't call or order on-line. Read more
Ordered 2 hours before close the left it on quality check for an hour would not answer the phone waited until 1 then cancelled... the order. Just in time for no other food place to be open. Read more

The website says delivery experts. That makes me fear how bad a delivery amateur would be. Over an hour to receive cold food. ... The driver didn't knock or ring the bell. Good thing the dog saw him. After talk to the manager and telling them they messed up my order, she Shiannasaid it would be 30 minutes. Dominoes is 2... minutes away from my house. 838pm the order was placed.. 939pm the wrong pizza arrived. It's now 1130pm and no corrected pizza.Called and no one is answering the phone. I am disappointed in the service I received at the Water Street location. I placed my order at 6:30pm, left to pick it up at... 7:10pm. I sat at the window 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When the girl finally came to the window she said it wasgoing to be another 35 minutes. She didn't even seem very concerned about the situation. She only said she had all these call inorders . A simple apology for the delay would have been nice. Short handed or not their customer service leaves something to bedesired. Read more
