Great food. Love the pickles on the sandwiches and the sandwiches are tasty
A truly terrible experience all the way around with them, every single time. I have tried and tried to give this particular... location the benefit of the doubt. Every order I place gets delivered an hour later, incorrectly. Missing items.Drinks..etc..etc.. Delivery times are typically a minimum of 45 minutes to as long as an hour and a half. When you talk to theowner the only solution he provides is "We are short staffed. If you want to do the job, we are hiring." I've even had subsdelivered to locations across town from the location it was supposed to be delivered. Then I have random people calling my cellphone because they have received my order just left on their door step. To put it plainly, if you are going to offer a service,you should ensure that you are staffed well enough to offer said service with the reasonable expectation of the service beingcarried out properly. The website doesn't take gift card, i cant get an employee to answer the phone, when i was able to get to someone they put me on... hold for 10 minutes and hung up now they aren't answering they don't close till 8.
