Great food. Love the pickles on the sandwiches and the sandwiches are tasty
A truly terrible experience all the way around with them, every single time. I have tried and tried to give this particular... location the benefit of the doubt. Every order I place gets delivered an hour later, incorrectly. Missing items.Drinks..etc..etc.. Delivery times are typically a minimum of 45 minutes to as long as an hour and a half. When you talk to theowner the only solution he provides is "We are short staffed. If you want to do the job, we are hiring." I've even had subsdelivered to locations across town from the location it was supposed to be delivered. Then I have random people calling my cellphone because they have received my order just left on their door step. To put it plainly, if you are going to offer a service,you should ensure that you are staffed well enough to offer said service with the reasonable expectation of the service beingcarried out properly. Or simply do not offer the service. Consider somewhere else if you want a sub delivered. Read more

The website doesn't take gift card, i cant get an employee to answer the phone, when i was able to get to someone they put me on... hold for 10 minutes and hung up now they aren't answering they don't close till 8. I need this order for pick up. this is notthe first time this has happened. HORRIBLE SERVICE Read more
If I ask specifically for 4 Mayo packets the reason would be I know exactly how many makes the sandwich delicious. Spent $23 on... 2 sandwiches and couldn?t even get the Mayo packets. I?ll think twice before ordering again. Read more
Delivery order took over a hour. Was missing a sandwich, driver called it in, and because they were closed and out of bread they... couldn't make it. Driver (Jaylen) was very kind and tried to get the sandwich made and he would bring it. Manager (I assume)spoke in a pretty rude tone to the driver. Really want to leave 1 star but because the driver was very accommodating it's 3.Thank you for trying for our kiddo! Read more
Everytime I place an order it is delivered wrong, then the store expects me to drive the sandwich back to them to fix it.... Horrible costomer service. It's not hard to make a sandwich but apparently they manage to mess it up everytime. Also I live 2.7miles away and they refuse to deliver to my house half of the time. It's strange that they will deliver sometimes but notalways, just depends on who is working apparently. I'm only sometimes out of range?? Love the food but hate the service. Read more
