Not busy, 3 other tables, but waitress was very slow to take our order. The pizza we ordered was not what was delivered to... table. Ate it without causing her any problems, since it took a while to get. Our food was good, but should really work on theservice issue. If you cannot get right to a table, please acknowledge they're there and let them know you will get to themshortly. Speaking from experience, 30 yrs spent in restaurant work. Read more
Will not go back. Was seated after waiting. Waitress took our drink order, never came back with drinks. Another table seated,... order taken, receives their drinks, still never came to our table. Took 10 minutes just to get someone to ask me if I would like a drink. Ordered a deluxe Supreme (thin crust) all I could taste... were the banana peppers. Worst pizza I have ever had. Won't be returning. Read more
Just tried to get some information on what the prices were per phone. The girl wasn't friendly at all and said she didn't know... how much any pizzas were Also that they just had a price increase again. I think just her tone was very rude. Tonight I had a birthday party at Monicals in Mt. Zion. The staff was amazing and kind. Especially, Zach, the manger. He was... very accommodating & hospitable. My favorite pizza place from my childhood! Loved it soooooooo much! A little bit more salty than I remember but still oh sooo... good. Gotta give this place a try. Always have to eat here whenever I come through to visit family. Read more
