Very poor experience. Do not order from the Pizza Hut on King Street in Decatur, IL. There are plenty of other places with... better food, better service, and better parking. I only give this one star, because it wouldn't let me give it zero. Read more
Pizza and Breadsticks were ice cold, and the cinnamon sticks were rock hard. Very disappointing for spending $30 plus a $5.00... tip to the driver. Read more
I always like pizza hut but I went there yesterday to order in store and I was I told you can't order like that it has to be... online order only. I never saw a sign in the front and to me that is discrimination. Oh well you just lost a customer pizza hut. Read more
For one actually make my order and not hang up the phone on me. Never received this order because your employee says that the... phone number was not updated in the system yet we were getting updated text messages and she said she supposedly tried to callbecause if you guys were out of ingredients and that she just went ahead and voided the whole order and closed the restaurantand then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I have been ordering for years with pizza hut. And have had a few bad pizzas. Always make it right. But the one we have to... order from now is Fairview /king st. Decatur, IL. Then we move. And we got to order from the one in Forsyth, IL. Only twiceand closed. Its wasa big mistake. They could make good pizza everytime. You should have close the one at Fairview/king. Theycan't make good pizzas . And I called them and all they could do credit it. So I will never ever buy a pizza from pizza hutever. You should just close them all. They got our order completely wrong (just like they always do), even though it was clearly printed on the receipt. So they... obviously didn't care to check and make sure they had our order correct. Then, when we called to ask them to correct it, theyonly offered store credit. Finally, they agreed to send out the correct food. But, after over an hour of waiting, it has stillnot arrived.
