I thought the food was excellent especially the calzone I truly enjoyed it.
Only got part of my order and was told by the driver that they would be back with the rest. Called 40min later to see what was... up and they told us they were heading out with them. We never received the rest of the order or a refund for what we never got. Read more
I used to love this pizza place. No longer, told them I wanted medium crust the middle 1 between thin and Chicago deep dish.... Delivery driver show up 2 hours later with thin crust. I told him to take it back or refund my money. I had already handed him$56 for 2 pizza that weren't correct. He calls manager owner. Drivers in front of my house. Would not give me my cash back afterwaiting 2hours for wrong order! I haven't order since and will Never order from Pizza Factory again. Called in for delivery,Ordered a 14' special delight pizza. Pizza came was a meat pizza & not very warm and came an hour and a... half later. We came out from the 615 Christmas Concert and it was done at 10:30pm. My girls were hungry for pizza and most restaurants are... closed. So glad to see The Pizza Factory was open. Their pizza is good. Their breadsticks are amazing. Soft and buttery. Wedidn't even order breadsticks. They gave us some as they made extra. Disappointed i didn't order myself ????. Definitely willorder breadsticks next time ???? with extra. Breadsticks I've had other places are dry or they have the day old feel likegetting stale, but these are fresh and sooo good. Read more
Thirty years ago, when we first married, Sunday nights were pizza night with our parents. We could not afford to buy take-out,... so Sunday night pizza night was one way for our parents to support us. We had a locally owned pizza place that was THE place forSunday Night Pizza Night. We have seriously considered driving four hours one way to enjoy it again. We have newly institutedSaturday night Pizza night with our kids this Spring. We are looking for THE place to make Saturday night pizza night a newtradition in our family. These are our experiences based on our likes and dislikes. Pizza is one of those things that everyonehas a different favorite. Here is our opinion of?Pizza Factory. The crust was a thin crust with a little bit of chew. Thesauce is slightly sweet. Some of us enjoyed the sauce, however we do prefer a savory sauce. The balance of sauce and cheesewere great. We ordered the Super Special Delight and a one-topping Pepperoni. The toppings were abundant, and we were thrilledto see that. Everyone liked the Pepperoni. The Super Special was also particularly good, although the sweetness of the sauceclashed a little with the savory toppings. If there was a choice between savory and sweet sauces, this may have been a topcontender. However, we have one family member who just does not enjoy a sweet sauce at all. We recommend Pizza factory if youlove a thin crust and a slightly sweet sauce. Read more
