Ordered two large chili's through drive thru. Both were slightly watered down. Every S&S I visit, their chili is all over the... map in thickness. Drove thru was kind of slow, but every store is that way. $5.69 for a bowl of chili is quite expensive, too. Read more

Their garlic butter burger is amazing, but we spent 35 minutes in drive thru and they forgot a frank.
Great experience, with all of the issues trying to get employees to work Steak and Shake was innovative and has new ordering... kiosk. It was quicker service and better service the order was correct. There is also no tipping now as well. Keep up the goodwork and to the others be patient or apply to be a server. Read more
Its a great diner, would like to go back some time.
Seated immediately and waitress was very nice and accommodating. Drink order taken immediately and food was out very quick.
Not impressed that they got rid of their waitresses. Not a fan of the ordering kiosks
