Oh Steak 'n Shake, as a corporation you have failed. This new kiosk work-a-rant is horrible! This is literally the best steak n shake I ever had! The food was made fast and PERFECT!! The place was clean and the restrooms... were clean also. They also had kiosks to make your order inside. Man that food was perfect! I know the picture I took of theburger doesn't look that good but it was good to me! Keep up the good work! Read more
Absolutely horrible!!!!! If you're trying to use the rewards points that they give you when you use the steak n shake app to... order and purchase your order I'd suggest going to Forsyth or Mt Zion. Actually, I'd recommend either one of them even if you'renot using rewards points. First they took $5 from my rewards account and I never used it. I could see this in my rewards historyand, after 2 different complaints, they gave me my $5 back. Then one day, when there was a heat advisory, I had a personalemergency and had no choice but to be out driving and remembered I had my $5 in rewards and I stopped at steakn shake onPershing Rd so I could order the drink I desperately needed. A line began to form behind me while I waited for my order. Onelarge coke. The cashier attempted to scan the qr code in my phone for my rewards but was taking problems. He got anotheremployee to come help him but they couldn't get it to work either. When who I'm assuming in the manager came to the cashregister she told me that I couldn't use my rewards because the large coke I had ordered cost less than $5.00. When I got home,insanely hot and thirsty, I looked on the app and found that it said that the rewards balance left after I paid for my orderwould remain in my account. To add insult to injury, I attempted to order 2 large drinks from the same store and was havingissues getting the order to go through on the app. The total would now be more than $5 and I was going to pay the remainingbalance with my debit card. It wouldn't go through, told me I had to wait 3 hours and try to order again. When I did asinstructed my balance was gone. I had not ordered nor had I even left my house and they took my rewards balance. So far I havesent in my complaint twice and they have not given back the rewards they stole from me. They haven't even responded to mycomplaint. The manager has no clue what she's doing and her customer service is horrible, her employees are not properly trainedthanks Read more
I have had many meals at this steak and shake location at all hours of the day and I never had bad service. When I was on 3rd... shift we frequently ate our meal here. The food has always been good, the restaurant has always been clean, and the parkinglot is easy to get in and out of for being on a road with a divider in the middle. Read more
Great food. This Steak and Shake like many others have moved to a order at the kiosk/pick up your own food/get your own drink... model. Great for introverts but there was a couple of small errors with our food and without any point of contact had toliterally raise my voice to get anyone's attention. They were nice and fixed it but it's less personal than McD's now. Read more
