Ordered over phone for 2 chicken sandwiches. Said they would be ready in 15 mins. I show up pay not ready. Wait another 15 mins... turns out they never started the order. So in total waited over an hr on 2 chicken sandwiches place is a joke. This alsohappened a few nights ago when i ordered just thought i would give it another chance. Went with my son and daughter for chicken sandwiches and wings. They had no sandwiches and there was a long wait for the... chicken. I did enjoy the high tech soda machine that gives almost unlimited combinations. Read more

Walked in at 11:30pm to order was told at 11:33pm we can?t accept walk-in orders after 11:30pm I highly doubt the company is... going to turn away business, they just didn?t want to make any food! Every time we are there the place is nasty and they makedoor dashers get customers drinks? Read more
Great food. But when I order, it?s an hour before I get my food. They tell me that they do call in orders before they do online... orders, so the people who order online first have to wait. & When you call to order, they don?t answer. Read more
Don't be fooled by the pickup time because the moment you step on the counter, that will be the only time they are gonna make... your order. I am just rating 3 stars because I don't want them to close because I love Wingstop so much since my previouscountry, and this branch is the only one we have in Decatur. Read more
As customer I absolutely love their Parmesan Garlic chicken tenders and sweet fries with ranch. My orders are always hot and... freshly made. Unfortunately, they?re not always accurate though and the employees themselves can be quite rude at times. As aDoorDash driver I don?t like picking up orders from this merchant strictly because of the long wait times. The store is usuallybusy and even when it?s not there is still a wait of at least 15 minutes..which is considerable when delivering orders on a timelimit. Read more
If you order food from here make sure you wait 40-60 minutes after your pickup time because I guarantee it will never be ready... when they say. Edit: I have given this place chance after chance and it is honestly one of the worst establishments to eat at inall of Decatur and that really is saying something. It's sad because the food really is good but no one just cares at all. Ifyou complain to the owner, he Will call you wrong and complain about how there's no good workers. Read more
