I was very disappointed in my Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich. And I have other issues before. This time I called to speak to the... manager. Very apologetic. And I am now getting my sandwich refunded. She had offered a full refund but I did enjoy the fries andstill drinking the coke. The food quality could do with improvement but the staff has always been friendly . Read more
This Arby's is always quick, efficient, and correct. The employees here do a great job and I have had 0 complaints or issues... after going here many times. My only problem? Pay your employees more! Other than that, great place to get food. :) Read more

They did not complete my order and I ended up not having lunch for work because people can't read a screen and put the right... items in a bag. It's pretty elementary and they couldn't handle the job. Then I ended up calling and the manager hung up on me.How professional! This is why fast food workers shouldn't make more than minimum wages.
