They are given 1 star for their customer service, pizza is great. Had a coupon and tried to order online, there was no option to... pay with cash. So I called the store, it was a third party and they proceeded to tell me they had no option to pay cash either.So they put me through to the store after I was very confused, when did cash not become an option? The manager answered and waslike how can I help you, so I told I was trying to order pizza and he was like yeah there is no option to pay with cash, so youhave to order through the third party or website, so I?m hanging up now. I had trouble redeeming my gift through the app so I called. The lady that answered transferred me to ?the front desk.? The guy... who answered was rude and impatient. He kept asking me if I wanted to place an order because that?s all he had time for. I triedto explain that I did but I couldn?t redeem a code. Then he told me ?Lady, I don?t have time for this.? I asked him if he wasreally going to be that rude to a customer and he hung up on me!!! I love Papa John?s. But I?m deleting the app and won?t orderfrom the Decatur store again. The pizzas were ready on time and they were hot and delicious. The employees were polite. Brendan is awesome! I never go... anywhere else for my pizzas. Definitely worth the 20 minute drive despite the constant comstruction! Read more
Calling their number gets you to an Indian call center. Call center says "they're not accepting online orders." No duh, that's... why I called the number which I thought was for the store. Our pizza was soooooo good! We love Papa John's! We do not live very close to one so when the opportunity arises they never... disappoint. Management was very friendly and upgraded my pizza to a larger size that was cheaper than what I originally ordered. Read more
We have ordered from this Papa Johns for the last 4 years consistently. Never had an issue. Despite being prompted to make the... order through a 3rd party source the people on the other end are always nice and I have never had an issue placing an order withthem either. I live further away but they meet me in the middle for delivery and are the only ones that offer to do so (& yes Itip well for them to do that for us). Which has honestly kept me ordering through this particular store. The app, and onlineordering are user friendly. Zero issues there either and we use it often. The food is always consistently good. I've never hadan issue here either as far as quality goes. The owner is very nice and personable. We also really enjoy his signs out front asthey are comical always. Read more
I ordered online for delivery, web said 25-35 mins. I waited a whole hour. I called the store to find out what was goin on. The... guy who answered was super super rude to me said all he can tell me is it is on the way. I literally live around the corner. Iwas in mid sentence of asking how much longer I should wait, and the rude guy hung up on me!!! I understand they are shortstaffed as everywhere is, but to be rude to someone trying to find their pizza after working five 16hr days in a row inHealthcare and didn't want to leave the house, was uncalled for!
