Not only did they get the order wrong. They reimbursed me a shorted amount by over 3 dollars. I wont be back! They even had my... receipt and still got it wrong of course at closing so now have to try and get the rest of my money back in the morning. So sad! Read more

The kids like the 4 for 4s! I always bring my daughter in after her doctor appointments. Wendy's is way better than McDonald's,... their ice cream machine isn't always broken. And their social media presence is on point ???????? Wait times are about the same. Read more
Stopped in with kids for a quick late lunch. We walked in for a order to go. We used a coupon and had no issues. Quick, fast,... super friendly service. The food was delicious. The order was right. Here is my experience with Decatur Wendy's I go through order Koltyn food waiting on Makenzie to get her nails done. It was... $9.70, I hand the girl a $20 bill she hands me .30 cents the bag and shuts the window, I drive out, go back through the linetell the girl you gave me .30 cents out of $20, she rudely says where is your receipt I said you gave me the bag and shut thewindow, she said you gave me a $10. I said no I gave you a $20, the window worker turns around and I said I want to speak tosomeone, the rude manager came over and said I have no way to tell what you gave her. Mind you 3 workers and this rude managertalking and laughing like I'm crazy over $10, well I'm pretty honest and definitely wouldn't of came right back through over$10. The point is Wendy's is wrong and this manager tells me to pull out of their drive thru they have work to do, I said giveme my recipt and a phone number, she says are phone is currently not working but if our drawer is over I'll call you tonightotherwise I won't. I'm just saying I'm not losing any sleep over this $10 that this girl is pocketing off of me but I hope thisgirl and the managers rudeness gets their conscious!!! Read more
Ordered 2 strawberry Frostys, one large and one medium. One vehicle ahead of us. Got to the window gave the employee $7.04. We... got our 2 Frostys, 2 napkins, and 2 spoons. Employee immediately closed the window. The problem other than the employee was theFrostys were melted and we needed straws. We always have issues here...we will drive to another Wendy's from now on or driveacross 27 to Dairy Queen. Read more
We were passing through on our way to Michigan and stopped at this Wendy?s location for a late lunch. We were greeted by an... extremely friendly staff member, Victoria. I had an extremely large order and she took the order with ease and efficiency. Within minutes we had our entire order and everything down to the sauces was correct, I only write positive reviews and Ihaven?t been able to write one in a very long time!! Spent 10 min in the drive-thru...ended up going somewhere else. Isn't like this every day but this has happened on multiple... occasions. Dine in is also not the greatest. Inexperienced cashiers at the front with no management in sight helping orrecognizing they need help. Read more
