The service sucked beyond words and she charged us for individual items so it was way more than it should have been. Not very... happy I asked her name and she refused to tell me it because I want to talk to the owner. I even took a picture of the ticket.Never again will I eat there or recommend it to anybody I would rather starve next time even McDonald's has better food andservice. Read more
I am sure they are in the same situation as many other restaurants. Our experience was mixed this past weekend. My dad's... butterfly shrimp and my daughters chicken strips were very good. I got the chicken gizzard which were very over cooked and a lotof crumbs. (2nd time this has happenrd). They did take the price of the gizzard off our bill. Food took forever but thewaitress was wonderful. We have always had great food there in the past. I'm sure they will do their best in continuing toserve great food. Read more
Place has some potential if recipes had more flavor and what I had was bland. I heard some go for the burgers so maybe the fried... products are where its at. I had a bad experience Friday afternoon with my order. I never order to go. Mostly dine-in. I order chicken and onion rings to... go. This order whwt not together when I go home looks like they drop it on the floor. Oinions where not on the batter and mashedup falling off. I should have Checked before leaving. Not professional! Great place to eat, love the hometown feel. Great service and excellent food. We definitely stop in as often as we can.
Two words - yum, yum! I'm from out of state, and when we come for a visit, we stop by this place. We always get some form of... ice cream (I love their waffle cones), but we've sometimes had a meal as well. All of their food we've tried is very good. Thereusually seems to be a small crowd at this outdoor dining spot. However, the wait isn't long, the prices are great, and the staffis friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone passing through this small town. Read more
Haven't been to the West End for awhile so I decided to treat myself. They did not disappoint. Had the chicken dinner with onion... rings. I love their breading, I've never had anything like it anywhere. Definitely worth the half drive to get here! Read more
The food, a salmon and chicken sandwich were excellent. The pie is amazing. Great service.
