The absolute best place in town for cold french fries, stale bread, and hastily thrown together lukewarm burgers. If you like... waiting in a drive-thru line for 20-30 minutes (no matter what time of day) only to be given a bag of cold inedible garbage,this is the place for you. Seriously though this place is a train wreck and it's pretty clear the majority of the staff andmanagement do not care even the slightest bit about putting out a quality product. Read more

Typically, there is absolutely no body at the cash registers. Apparently, they expect you to use the kiosk for ordering and... paying. But then you stand waiting for your order for 5 to 10 minutes. One reviewer said the dive through was slow, thinkingthey would be better off going inside. This is not even close as it is slow service inside as well. This is not an employeeissue, the finger needs to be pointed directly at the manager as it is their responsibility to make sure all these areas arecovered and that customers are served properly. Well I wasn't too happy with this location. While there was nothing wrong with my food order initially, I did order me a... Frappuccino and 3 other people got their orders before me and I was in line before them so by the time I received my Frappuccinomy food was cold and on top of that I was really upset because I paid for extra Carmel and they refused to put extra Carmel init the way its supposed to be. I don't recommend this place because of the customer service. It is all ran by Hispanics andwhile I don't have nothing against them they all gang up together back there behind the counter and it feels like the crewagainst the customer. It shouldn't be like that. Not only that they would talk in Spanish and I could tell they were saying grude thi gs about us because we were unhappy because we wanted extra Carmel. Just went to this McDonald?s pulled up at the drive-through. They asked what we would like, we ask them to give us just a minute... then we start ordering and the guy says oh I?m sorry we?re closed and it was 11:01 PM was too hungry kids in the car.
