Food was Raw. Spent 30 bucks for dinner for family and had to go home and cook it myself. Horrible management as well
We dined in I ordered 3 hot Triple cheese Krystals and they were the best thing to happen to me in a long time
I ordered 2 Roadies, one diet coke and one unsweet tea. Came to the window and they had one Roadie and one Medium. I explained... that I had ordered 2 Roadies. They made a Roadie and handed it to me and said it was unsweet tea. I always try the drink becauseI am a diabetic and can't drink sweet tea. It tasted carbonated, so I asked what they had given me and they answered unsweettea. So I said it wasn't, so they took it back and repoured the drink. Once I got home it ended up that I had 2 unsweet teas andno diet coke. So after all that the drinks were still wrong. Beyond frustrated. Read more
Food was ok. Not great but not bad. What I didn't like was the teenagers working there. They were playing around running inside... and out in front of customers. Not sure if they were even washing their hands after playing around. Won't be back, luckily I waspassing through. Read more
I gave 2 stars because the chicken sliders were good. But as for my chili cheese pups, not even close to being good. Taste was... off, and they used regular hot dog bun and tore it in half. As for service, one of the employees was over by the drive thru area"freaking out" about not taking care of someone in the drive thru. She was even told by another employee to go to the back, butshe never did. Worse krystals I have been to. Read more
Ordered 10 Krystal's and 2 Krystal chick meals at 12:30 am 12/7. Guy at the window said my order was to much I should have... called ahead. Then the guy in the back started cussing me. And I told the guy at the window I could hear everything the otherguy was saying and the guy in the back said he didn't give a blank ity blank. Read more
