Ordered a 6 cheese pizza and received a normal cheese pizza, also was missing both dipping sauce for my other sides then called... the manager and it was some prissy girl telling me that this is the 6 cheeses when there's clearly nothing but a regular cheesepizza.. Said I was lieing... Be aware this isn't the first time but will be the last time. Save yourself the trouble! Andsomeone fire this girl that's the manager!! Rude customer service !!!!! Ordered pizza for someone's family that had death in family and needed delivered a little later paid... over $70 dollars and was treated rudely .Shame on yall. Read more
I placed an order when the app said the store was open as well as online. We were contacted reguarding our order being canceled... due to it being placed after 9:30. Nothing about this is noted in the app or online. I told him my card says it posted beforethat. "I don't know what to tell you." Was the response I got in the most disrespectful tone. Read more

I was refused service because I was a truck driver, and was told I COULDN'T order from the lobby, I would have to walk around... through the drive thru, and take a chance on getting run over to place my order! Then I was told I had to wait for my pizza inthe 102 degree sun while it was cooked! No thanks will NEVER stop here again!!! Read more
What is going on with this place? It takes roughly 90 minutes to get deliveries now from a location that's 15 minutes away. ... The driver is always apologetic but friendly. Tonight we placed a "Call Ahead" order for 7pm. We received an onlineconfirmation email at 5:53pm. Called at 7:15pm to see how far out our delivery was... "If it's not there in 15 to 20 minutes,give us a call back." I try to explain it's a call ahead order, I get a Brady, I believe the name was (assuming it's the shiftmanager?), who tells me their print ticket shows they received the order at 6:30pm and that they cant get a delivery out to uswithin thirty minutes. I explain the time our order was sent, he talks over me and tells me thirty minutes is not sufficienttime to expect a delivery, have a nice night and wait for the order.. click, hangs up. Getting tired of receiving discounts forpizza that comes laye because the driver gets "lost," cold, breadsticks that look like dumb bells, wrong orders, orders that aredeliviered to the wrong house in our neighborhood, etc. None of these things will ever change if this location doesn't deepdive into the causes of these ongoing issues... It is currently 7:25pm as we write this on a Thursday. A but far off the 7pmmark that was requested. If the ticket was truly not received by the staff until 6:30, they are still running on one hour now. Never again. EDIT: The delivery fellow showed up at 7:40. Assuming Brady is being honest in that they didn't get the orderticket until 37 minutes after we placed our order, is 70 minutes typical for this late on a Thursday? Read more
Worst pizza ever ordered with hardly any cheese. Before we ordered online one large pizza, we would leave a $4 or $5 tip through... paypal and everything was fine, plenty of cheese. But last time we ordered, the driver was rude, so we decided to leave cash tipinstead. This is what we got (pic). Called the manager Bryan, and he was saying they put "light cheese" on them, really! So had a game day party and they had some issues but the team here was Amazing and corrected everything and the young lady and... manager and driver were very kind and apologetic. Couldn't have a better staff. Or better team. Food was fresh and hot and Thankyou to them all for making my gathering awesome. Read more
