I now know why no one is ever here during breakfast.... if you order more than one sandwich they get very hateful. The guy at... the window was so disgruntled that I ordered a couple extra. They no more than handed me my bag that the employees where outsidesmoking before I could even pull away. Don't go at lunch either. Extremely slow and never get what you order. They either neednew management or do themselves a favor and close this place. I got sure won't be Back. My food was cold even after I had towait on it. Read more
Place was clean. Courteous service. My triple burger was so good and juicy. Fries were not too salty.. just right

When you go to Wendy?s you expect a better quality meal. I was so disappointed. I went through the drive through and after I was... a little ways from them. I reached in for some hot fries. I pulled out cold chopped fries. I turned around and went back. I wentin and there was another person returning their complete meal. I opened my spicy chicken sandwich and it was burnt. I then sawthe young man on the fry station dumping the fries out and chopping them. I asked him what he was doing and he said breaking upthe fries. He was not shaking the basket while they were frying. The manager came over and we showed her our orders. Shere-cooked our meals but the fries were still being chopped. She stated I can?t be everywhere at once. I was so disappointed withnot only the food but the I don?t care service provided. I let the manager know I would never be back. She said ?ok, Iunderstand?. Wendy?s has always been our go to, but not anymore. Very disappointed. No one cares anymore about the customer.Spend your money here but get junk in return. Read more

they gave us all the wrong food and drinks and was very rude at the drive thru. did not say a word. Definition of people who don't care. Dried out food. Order was wrong. We were laughed at by manager when we showed her the bad... order. I give them 1 star only because they refunded our money. Thanks Wendy's of Decherd. Read more
