This place is fantastic. Craving a burger, come here. My favorite thing is a single ButterBurger and cheese curds.
It's a chain Burger joint located in the midwest. Known for flavorful burgers, crispy fish, cheese curds & real onion... rings. It's a chain and quality is usually the same across the board. It's usually a 15 min wait when it gets busy so don'tanticipate a quick eats of busy. Otherwise.. yes it's fast food. Inside was clean, yet it was a super busy day. Amazingly friendly and attentive service! As New Englanders, we're not used to this. We felt like welcome guests in a place... where the workers were actually happy to be there. Incredible! The burgers and fries were good, and after trying a free sampleof the frozen custard, I really enjoyed getting a full dish with delicious mint sauce. I'll definitely choose Culver's againnext time I'm in the region. I hope other locations are as excellent as this one! Read more
Waiter brought out my food and with extreme skill proceeded to spill my root beer all over my lap. All 9 of our party then... preceeded to laugh till our food was mostly cold. Didn't get a refund or anything. 9/10 would go here again to get rootbeerspilled on me Read more
It was lunchtime when I stopped in, which meant very busy, yet the staff were still friendly and courteous. My order was filled... exactly as requested (I always ask for a specific way my butterburger and fries to be cooked). The wait was surprisingly shortfor the time of day and the number of customers. Normally go with our dog through the drive-thru line and generally have a good time. They always give us a little dog treat and... are serving with a smile, but this time we went they hardly spoke to us and were incredibly monotone and rude. They almostsounded upset for us to be there with our little pup. Not mentioning our pup at all or even acknowledging her as she was at thewindow of our car anticipating her treat, they didn't get one for her and just handed us our custard without a word and theservers looked even angry at us. I don't know if it was because of our dog or what but I worked in fast food for years and wouldalways get excited when people brought pets through. Also it doesn't help that the dog treats they give are one of the mainreasons we love to go there it's so unique!! However I'm mostly just bothered that they were so upset with us and all we gotwe're 2 custards on a slow day with our pup and now the experience is ruined and even our pup is sad. All this said. Servicewith a good attitude is so important and after 5+ years working in fast food, this was so disappointing. Read more
