Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. They were OK, very small portions for plain biscuit and bagel sandwiches with egg and cheese,... AND way over-priced. Only good thing is you can get breakfast sandwiches at any time. Will not order again, and not a sweetcoffee drinker. Read more
Not very satisfied with the taste of any of the coffee. I?ve given them a chance a few times now, knowing that it could be that... they?re new and just learning but the basic drinks still aren?t anything to write home about. It is a little frustrating toothat they opened a big franchise right down the street from a local coffee shop that deserves more love. Read more
The staff at Decorah's spot was friendly and very patient and understanding (especially for that early in the morning). The... coffee was good. My only real complaint is that for the cost of one large latte you could almost buy a large tub of groundsthat would last a lot longer. so my only suggestion is that if you can take the hits to your profits without effecting youremployees then that would help a lot in a small nowhere town like ours (especially when you have stiff competition that is justas good and keeps prices lower) just trying to help keep you from making the same mistakes other out of area small businessesmade when coming here because i do like your guy's coffee and the staff was wonderful. if we can get just as good cheaper thenwe will, big city prices will not last in small town iowa, its as simple as that. The building and property is very nicely done. The staff who greeted me were very friendly, almost overly. My service was quick... and my coffee tasted good. My only complaint is that this chain coffee shop moved in just a couple blocks down from a locallyowned coffee drive-thru Mill Street Mocha that opened in the past year, but that's not the staff's fault. Food was great, strawberry smoothy was delicious and service was excellent. Definitely will return soon.
