The food was freshly made. My family enjoyed. We haven't eaten from Boston Market for years!
The amount of money that I paid for what would be equivalent to a tray of cafeteria food at an elementary school was absurd. We... used to love eating this food but something has changed. The quality of the food was subpar. The person who seemed like themanager rushed the heck out of my wife and I to order and the tables were almost all dirty. I felt like I took a big loss eatingthere. There was a young lady and a young man behind the counter that were very hospitable and well mannered. I enjoy it there. the food is great and the chicken is very tender. i love the workers there they are so nice and always greet... me with a smile. the cookies there are to die for and i usually get the new chicken nuggets which are also good and the price isperfect Read more
Boston Market is a 'hit or miss'. Sometimes the chicken is fresh and delicious other times it is too dry and flaky. Their app... and website are a mess especially in regard to the points. I had them prepare a ham, mashed potatoes, cranberries, bread for Thanksgiving. It all came out great, no complaints. The... line was long, but that was for people who didn't order ahead. So we got to skip the line. Quick in and out. So great job forthem. Read more
My company had a Thanksgiving luncheon and I picked the sweet potato casserole, because I was definitely not cooking any... pre-thanksgiving food.! Lol I did attempt to order the casserole tray via the Boston Market website but you have to order aminimum of $150 in order for it to go through. Thank goodness the lady at the store was able to accommodate my small tray oftheir sweet potato casserole with less than a 24-hour notice!???? I picked it up the next morning, nice and hot ????.
