I specifically stated that I would like mashed potatoes because I do not like the new fries. I was a fan of the wedges. The... person on the register stated she understood. When I get home I have fries. Like really!!!!!! Also i had tenders and they gaveme a hard time to give me dipping sauce. I had to explain that I ordered tenders and I would like sauce they gave me one. Iasked for one more and it was like I was speaking a totally different language. They finally gave it but I did not appreciatethe service, the attitude and especially giving me the wrong order. I will not come to this KFC anymore because the level ofaggrevasion is not worth it. i could give the worst rating if i could , took the $38 deal and found a hair on the biscuit , i said crispy but instead she... gave me all shaggy skinned chicken & gave a a pouch soda bag , i asked her nicely could you give me a courtesy cup so that i canpour the drinks from the pouch ? she gave me an attitude and said sorry that's all you get , i said well can you give me a strawat least otherwise i don't see how kids are gonna drink that from the KFC pouch , and she gave me 2 tissues in total for myfamily of 5 dining in !! that little girl fair skin ,i don't know if she is asian or spanish handling the register had so muchin attitude !! all i wanna say is too much attitude in employees , miss management , bad quality of food , i don't see myself orany member of my family eating in KFC again !! popeyes is far more better !! Such horrible service. Then they tried to serve me food that someone else brought back in opened. They put cheese on top and... relidded it and put it in my bag.. isabella is a employee who seriously needs a speaking with.. the manager also needs atraining day. I hate having to ASK for butter/honey or NAPKINS!! Also, I guess the serving size in the bowl went down, yet the price went up.... Amazing how that works! The picture is what I got WITHOUT ONE BITE TAKEN! What a shame!! Read more
First going there. Food was cook and hot. Fast service and workers was very courteous and helpful.
