The night shift at 10pm was horrible. Couldn't hear the guy talk on the speaker, kept asking what I wanted when I told him, then... messed up the order on the screen, yawned, then proceeded to change things after I said it clearly. He was not listening to meand he was not even paying attention right after he asked a question. I sped off with no food. In the day I go often its fine. Read more

It's nice that they have the dinning room open so late.
One of the slowest places amd at night extremely an attentive stuff . I picked up food ordered through Uber eats. Took me 15... minutes to drive to the place. Then I was waiting in a line for 20 minutes( that is normal part) , then I waited another 42minutes minutes outside for an order to be ready. No one came and apologized, no one explained why is it such a delay. Therewere a 3 ppl working. And I’m not a person who usually complains. Read more
My children love white Castle so i travel from Massachusetts to visit my sister in Long Island Andi always stop in white Castle... to bring some for my children and grand children I'm got upset because i order the cheese burgers and when i got to Ma. my kidsopened it and it didn't have cheese in them they had given me the wrong order but I could do anything because i was 3 houraway.. I usually enjoy White Castle. This one didn't seem to have all the menu items that other stores have. The lady who took my order... kept asking me questions and I could not understand her due to her thick accent. My burgers and onion rings were good though. Read more
I moved to the south and White Castle is definitely a missed place. It's a must visit when I'm back in NY. We need them in the... south. If you have somehow never gone to White Castle after closing out a bar,.... You must do this. Lol Read more
