Food is alright, I come here all the time almost weekly in fact but after today?s occurrence no more. Used to recommend it to... people visiting town as I work in the local hotel industry here. The way they handled my order being wrong today and didn?toffer a partial refund for the difference. I was at work and feeling upset after being overcharged not only for my entréefinding out it was not what I?d ordered. On top of that tried to charge me an extra fee for dressing that was available free onthe buffet line, I think that?s poor practice. Do better but my business is going somewhere else from now on. Meat was delicious and smoked perfectly. Juicy, tender, flavorful what else can I say? The meat you order is cut/sliced right... in front of you. Sides were made fresh. The food was I guess ok. Wasn?t something to brag about. Got the plate with two sides and bread. My meal came out fine. My son... was missing the bread. My wife ordered rice and beans for the two sides. They gave her one bowl with both and said it was twosides. So she ended up getting two half sides in one bowl. I may go again just to see if the service gets better. Maybe trysomething besides the brisket. Oh almost forgot, don?t get the potato?s. They tasted like they were over a day old. Had the loaded bake potato with smoked turkey. One of the best I've ever had. Great customer service and outstanding food.
