I've never eaten at Marcos before, I always figured pizza is pizza. While the pizza was pretty good, it's the SERVICE that will... have me coming back. My family and I were having a pretty rough day, and the help I received from Anthony really turned our dayaround. (I had to specifically ask for his name to make this review). Will never order from Marco's Pizza again. Worst customer service I've encountered. Pizza is so greasy it leaked thru the box.... Employees seem to be overworked and store seems to be always short staffed. Such a shame. Read more
Great pizza for take out/delivery chain plus thet have a crustless option.
I love the products and the consumption, but unfortunately the customer service was very bad. They gave me bad orders and they... were annoying. I don't complain about the food, but bad customer service in the new store. Read more
