I love taking a book to Starbucks, grabbing a drink and reading there for a bit. I had the best service today (I always have... good service at this location). Thry are fast and my order is always perfect. The only thing I wish is that they would bringback the comfy chairs. Read more
Took over 15 minutes to get a brewed coffee - just drip coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They asked if I wanted cream, yes, but... didn't get it. Went on my lunch break to pick up coffee for myself and a co-worker. Had to change my drink order three times since they were... out of basically everything. I asked for a bakery item and had to change that as well since they were out. I get handed the twodrinks both made incorrectly and was told that by the time I got to the window they were out of the bakery item too- They tellme after I paid for everything and didn't offer anything else or a refund. I called to speak to a manager and was told theywould call me when they got in, I guess the manager didn't show up that day because no one ever called me. Read more
I always love this Starbucks but today was okay service. But hopefully will get better soon.
My coffee is always fresh and hot. Friendly and fast service.
