It blows my mind how they never ever get our order correct. Between constantly missing food, things being made incorrectly, and... literally never being handed a receipt; you would think this place is being run by middle schoolers. We were served nachos oncethat smelled like dirty feet and I am Convinced that something in them was expired. We have never actually ordered from here andhad them get everything right. It?s not like we are ordering crazy things either. It?s just things off of the menu. Occasionallywe will ask for no onions. I have worked fast food before and it is NOT THAT HARD to get an order correct. If someone orderschips and cheese. It?s pretty easy to make sure that they get the chips AND the cheese. I'm not a picky eater but my boyfriend is. Everytime we've been to taco bell in the last year we ask for no veggies on any of... our food. Our food is NEVER correct. Today we went in to get it fixed and I told the manager that we asked for no lettuce ortomato (there was only tomato on his food) we made sure that when we got to the window to pay we said make sure their isn't anylettuce or tomato and when I went to get it fixed the employee lied to the manager and claimed that we said no lettuce anddidn't say anything about tomatos as I informed her otherwise they were awful she didn't say anything to me when I said the foodwas wrong she just turned around and talked to the employee. there was no apology just plain disrespect and I didn't even go inthere being rude I just asked for the food to be fixed. Employees were rude at speaker and they could not ring up the food from credit card machine so the manager just stated the card... reader won?t work so if you can?t pay cash too bad. When we said it was rude he slammed the window closed on us with no care forcustomers. Will never go back. Read more
I think this is a great place until they took the nacho fries and double stuffed tacos away, both hard and soft shell. Becuase... these come and go, I can not give this a good rating. P.S please bring back double stuffed tacos and nacho fries and I willgive 5 star review. Read more
I get the fastest, friendliest and best quality from this location. I am a TB freak and eat Taco Bell everywhere but this... location is killer! I am so glad I started a new job literally across the street because this location is fantastic. As far aslunch time, amazing. Also stopped after work around 4pm and also fast friendly service. My only complaint really is they are atiny bit skimpy with the ingredients but they probably following TB exact serving size guidelines here whereas some locationsdon?t measure/weigh out stuff. Today at 9:20 in the morning I went threw the drive threw, and was rushed by a woman who didn't have a name tag, and when I... needed time to finish my order she was very rude, threw my food back and when I said something to her she closed the window andsaid she had the right to refuse me service. As she didn't have a name tag I'm going to describe her her hair was brown/blondshe was a bigger girl, the rudest I've been treated in a long time. Read more
