My rating takes in consideration this burger joint compared to the international one across the street, AND compared to other... Zips in the region. The food is better than the most famous competitor. But, compared to other Zips, I rate it a little lower. I don't know how it works, but I miss the old tarter sauce, and the prices. (Don't we all miss the old prices?) Today'sservice was slower than normal for this Zips. It's not mcD. So I don't expect that speed, because the food is better. Today'sfood wasn't as primely prepared as normal either. (Onion rings don't usually look like they spend too much time in a tanningbed) But the friendliness of the staff was enough to bring me back next week. Also, they have a shake flavor for just aboutevery day of the month! Want Banana? Got it. Pineapple? Butterscotch, Cherry? Got IT! Pretty tasty root beer floats,too. I rated the atmosphere less than 5 because it's a little bland? Though I do like the pictures of the classic cars and theshout out to the local car club. I also like the metal work in the railing. Easy to read menu, both inside and the drivethrough. Speaking of drive thru, it's kind of tough, in that parking lot to hide your smoke breaks, but drive-thru customersdon't enjoy participating in your break time activity. Any chance you could go farther from the building? Bathrooms are clean, but the toilet paper is hard to reach. Great breakfast with large servings that are guaranteed to leave most folks with leftovers. If you order breakfast through the... drive thru there tends to be a bit of a longer wait than there is during lunch and dinner hours but considering the food they'repreparing, its a decent & acceptable wait time. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito! I put in this review that I did takeout which I did not, however "drive thru" wasn't an option. Read more

A bit of a wait and a bit more expensive than other fast food places, but well worth it for the quality and consistency of the... food, not to mention the large variety of items available! I love the daily specials, and the Friday cod and fries are myfavorite!! Read more
Called in an order of $32 . Specifically requested well well done bacon for BLT and fish & chips. Bacon was not even remotely... cooked and tator tots & fries were soggy and cold. Fish had all the breading off & no tarter sauce for dipping. Verydisappointed. Will not be going back and drive thru ladies? word of advice, if you don't like your job I suggest you findanother one!! Be aware when you go to zips and deer park, there is some chick that is doing drinks with a lit cigarette. Hopefully no one gets... any ashes in their drink that would be disgusting. Read more
