I?ve been going here for a few years now, and it seems to be going down hill. I ordered potato salad as my side and it was SO... watery!!??? It was gross. It?s like they don?t even try anymore. Read more

We typically love McAlisters and try to stop at one whenever there is one on our way. When we got there there was only one... person behind the counter running drive through and in restaurant orders, which was fine because it was slow. We got our foodand it was great like normal. However, during our meal, the manager got so loud I couldn?t even hear my fiancé across from me.He was raising his voice at these two old ladies trying to order. They had been waiting about 10 minutes to order and saidsomething about it. He told them ?I?m sorry you?re having a bad day but that?s not my problem? and then proceeded to tell themto cancel their order and leave if they want. I was mortified for these two ladies. Definitely not a way to treat customers, especially when they are waiting 10 minutes at the counter to even order. Read more

Not gonna lie, the food was a little pricey but nonetheless everything was delicious and flavorful. Props to Dylan; Dylan was... very friendly and hospitable! Read more

Highly overpriced. Not so much a deli as a sandwich place. Food was okay, nothing special. Won't be back.

All though I've only been here around 3 times I can confidently say this is the best sandwich place I've ever been. I always get... the ham and cheese melt with a broccoli cheddar soup on the side. The sandwich is just perfect, the right amount of everything. The soup isn't as good as Panera's but Its still reasonably good and better then Potbelly's. They get the food out at a timelymanner and are always very kind. ? Read more

Horrible manager. Refused to give us extra onions even if we payed extra. Rudely said he didn't have time to cut anymore onions.... We usually request a lot extra because the majority of the time they give such a small amount and they are so thinly sliced andabsolutely no crunch or flavor. Definitely will not be coming back here anymore. This is the second visit where this manager hasbeen rude. The last visit he was upset about something in the back and was very loud and vocal about it. I'd be embarrassed ifthat were me and I would never ever treat customers the way he does Read more

Food? What food? Overpriced and no value at McAllister's Deli in Deerfield. I ordered a half turkey wrap and half salad combo... for lunch. $9 and some change. The salad was a mix green with a lime vinaigrette. That was fine. The turkey club was skimpy. Twopaper thin slices of turkey in a large tortilla with mixed greens, mayo, bacon, and cheese. I don't mind paying a restaurant toprepare my meal but this was way overpriced. Had I gone to a grocery, I could have bought a week's worth of sliced turkey fromthe deli for $4, an entire package of tortillas, and a package of mixed greens all for less than what I paid for this one lunch. If they had charged $6.95, they'd probably still could have made a $6 profit. Truly, I cannot think of any restaurant thatprovides less meat on a sandwich (or tortillas.) and although this was a combo meal and perhaps it was not supposed to be a fullturkey wrap, compared to other stores that offer the same, it was a rip-off. The paper thin cut turkey is not enough for a smallchild. With an added Brookie for dessert, this "lite" lunch that I picked up myself cost me almost $15! Seriously, who wouldspend that 3-5 days a week? Where's the value? I wouldn't have minded how they skimmed on the turkey if they had charged areasonable price but for almost $10, I expected a full wrap of lots of Turkey. Almost any sandwich shop like Jimmy John's,Subway and Jersey Mike's would have given me a sandwich that lasted for 2 meal for that price with three times the meat. I gavethem 2 stars because they used mixed greens for their lettuce and the salad dressing was very good. (the chips in the photowere my own and did not come with the meal.) Read more

Staff wasextremely welcoming and friendly. We ordered the French dip and chef salad, everything was exceptionally delicious with... generous proportions. I would not hesitate to return here and try just about everything on the menu. Their website was one ofthe best I have seen as all of the nutritional information for everything on the menu is available there. Read more
