If I could rate this location zero stars I would. I ordered a loaf of artisan ciabatta bread. When I got home, I noticed it was... sliced up in four pieces and sliced open. I phoned the store and spoke to supposedly the manager on staff, Ian, a total joke. Icannot begin to tell you the attitude this kid had. huffing and puffing the entire time he was on the phone. He had the nerve tosay they slice the bread because they need it for sandwiches. If an order comes in for a full loaf of bread, and they don't haveone, they piece it together (see photos). I have never purchased a loaf of bread cut in four pieces and then sliced open. WhenI asked if you don't have a full loaf, why not just tell me or cancel the order. He had the nerve to tell me he doesn't havetime to run around and call people if something is wrong with the order. WTH?! This individual, Ian, should not be working inthe service industry and should not be dealing with customers. He is one of the most immature people I have ever dealt with. The tuna sandwich had very little tuna / maybe a tablespoon. More mayo than tuna. Your sandwiches use to be good size. You as a... company won't last. Thanks for the bite. I won't order from u again. Read more
My favorite Panera. After trying everything around and traveling to different states, I can say now - this is the place! I am a sip club member so I get to visit different Panera locations while I?m out driving places & I?m usually pleased. I must... say that this isn?t the most terrible place i have visited but for being in a more upscale community, I expected more. What ahuge difference from the Panera Bread just a few blocks down on Skokie Blvd in Northbrook!!! (& I expected that one to not begreat because it?s location) This is the first Panera I visit where the tea bags are not available for self serve. What thatmeans is that one doesn?t have the option to choose wether we want one or two tea bags or mix them or change our minds at thelast minute. It also means one has to WAIT for the Panera staff to get to our order! For 1 simple little tea- wait 5-7minutes???? I don?t think so!!! Especially not if you?re in a hurry.!!! That?s what there sip club is supposed to allow us todo; Walk in, serve ourselves & walk out! Oh, & did I mention that the woman who was behind the counter was very bothered by measking where the tea bags were & where the hot water was! She was in such a bad mood & it was only 8:45am Attention Manager ofthis location: please provide for a better experience and make the tea bags available for customers to serve themselves! Likeevery other Panera!!! & check levels of water & coffee right after the morning rush to refill quickly! (Shouldn?t have 3jugs/carafes empty all at the same time) Perhaps Panera could invest in having 2 of each jug/carafe so that as soon as one isdone, it could quickly be replaced. We just had a horrible experience in Panera Bread Deerfield . Upon entry the lady behind the counter told us that we need masks... . We refuse to wear one. She called the manager who told us the same . We told them that this is unconstitutional and unlawfuland they should stop asking for masks. Then the other lady told us that we put people in danger etc. I ask them if they aregoing to serve us and they refused. What you are doing is Unconstitutional, you are intimidating, segregating and harassing yourcustomers. We will never set a foot in your store again and will make sure everyone knows how you treat loyal customers. Read more
Food is very good. Tastes fresh and good. Service is good too. Pick up order was ready in minutes. They always put all the... needed spoons, forks, knives, napkins. Unfortunately not every panera place never forgets it. Overall experience is verypositive. The forgot to put a soup last time and added a bonus ?make it two? as an excuse to my account.
