Every time I decide to come here I tell myself I won?t come back. Pretty sure the lady that makes the sandwiches is the... franchise owner. She puts as few vegetables on the sandwich as she possibly can. And don?t even think about ordering a saladmade that mistake once I got a salad that was half the size of what I normally get from other subways. Over all she is cold andnot friendly at all. I will make the drive to go to the subway that?s downtown northbrook from now on. The guy that runs thatone is awesome, super friendly and knows how to make sandwiches and salads correctly. Read more
Great sandwich made this visit, but the staff member was very slow it took him 40 minutes to serve 3 people. And yes I said... "staff member" singular! He was staffed all alone. Read more
Terrible customer service. My young daughter had to use the restroom but she was told it was out of order. The sign has been... there all year, nothing's wrong with the restroom it's the workers that are out of order. Go to the Subway on Cherry Ln orDundee, they are respectable people. Read more
