AVOID COMING IN .We Love ???? Pizza , specially Good New York one . After reading the positive reviews wanted to give it a try.... We were in the area. NEGATIVE vibe. Don't know what all the good reviews were really about??? The gentlemen's beging thecounter were talking to each other and showing things on the phone. Sad because is conveniently close to us. Not a greeting when walk in . Whole bunch of guys on their phones talking to each... other, to busy with their own stuff to actually provide customer service. I ordered 2 subs (hoagies I?m from Philly) they had no choice of bread, fine. But they had nothing but lettuce n tomato to put... on a sub WHAT!?!?! No onions no green pepper no hot peppers no spinach nothing but provolone cheese. My husband and I love the other All Stars location, not sure if these are franchise or both own by the same people but this... location was quite disappointing. We walked in and stood there for several minutes without being acknowledged. The staff wereamong themselves chatting behind the counter with one of them showing something on their phone. When they finally realized wewere standing there waiting one of the three gentleman walked over to the register to take our order and just as I was going tosay what I wanted he answered the phone. Didn?t say anything just picked up the phone that had just rung and proceeded to taketheir order. We wanted to get the lunch special and got there three minutes before 3pm, by the time they took our order it was3:05 and they didn?t even honor the lunch special! 1) we were waiting there first & 2) we were dinning in, does this notmatter? I would have appreciated if they had taken our order first since we patiently waited instead of answering the phone. Oneof the men noticed we were irritated and came over to take out order. Once we paid and finished, I saw the other one that was onthe phone wiping his face, had picked his nose and then touched everything around him before tossing the dough up in the air. Hedid NOT wash his hands before this, I repeat HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS and I just watched him pick his nose! I immediately wasturned off and did not want to eat there, maybe this stuff happens behind the scenes, I sure hope not but I don?t want to see ithappen in front of me. We had already paid for our food minutes before so I literally watched the other gentleman make ourpizzas, he was way more responsible but seriously that was disgusting.
