I come to this Buffalo Wild Wings often on Friday's and I always sit at the bar, the Bartender Sonia is awesome, she gets the 5... STARS!!! She always knows what I want before I ask, well this Friday 11/4/22 I brought a couple of co-workers with me and as wewere sitting at the Bar I noticed this young lady with long braids walking around, I think she may be a server, but I noticeshe was playing with her braids, smelling her hair and her hands, I mean in a restaurant a server's hair should be up and if youare touching your hair then your serving food that is not appropriate etiquette in the restaurant field, I would not wantsomeone who plays with her hair touching my food or serving me! Hair should be up while working in a restaurant, even if yourhair is in braids! I will still come to this place as I do but only when Sonia is Bartending, unfortunately I will not sit at atable knowing that I may be served by someone who plays with there hair!!! Read more
I usually like this place? The bartender was terrible she was never even at the bar the entire time? never asked if we liked our... drinks and then it took forever for the food with literally no one in the restaurant. You could tell our food then had beensitting in the window a long time for whatever reason? then my chicken wings tasted like chalk.. then the manager didn?t eventalk to us when taking my food off my bill. When I wanted to even talk to the bartender about my wings she wouldn?t even cometalk to me I had to tell her from her computer. Lazy all around. Terrible food. Terrible service. Read more
If I can rate this a negative 10 I would. The wait time for something so simple as wings and fries was 40 minutes. Never got to... eat anything because we walked out.Super slow motion service. Picked up take out twice. order is ready by the time it says when ordering ahead. Both times my order has been missing food and... no refund, coupon, or voucher is offered. Only word of mouth and lip service. Employees misrepresent themselves over the phoneas management when they aren't. What a shame, I won't be visiting this location again and I wouldn't suggest others waste theirtime. The wings I got were really good, only reason it got two stars. The other food was hit or miss and some completely missingfrom the order but charges for it.. There is a take out fee. Inside the establishment is clean. Plenty of parking, with reservedspots for pickups. They don't bring it to your car, you have to go inside. Read more
Great weekday quick dinner at Buffalo! We stopped by at the closest one after work and were pleasantly satisfied. The place... weren`t too busy at 5 on Tuesday. We didn`t wait at all, just walked-in. Our waitress Julia was awesome, she brought our drinksright away, in about 5 min the manager brought our Dirty dubs tots (love them!!). The food is great, loved mine cauliflowerwings and 2 loaded Bird daws with fries, which we just shared. Julia came a few times to make sure we are happy with ourchoices. This restaurant really sucks! Manager is not customer focused. I take 45 minutes to get an Uber order that supposed to be ready... in 15? always they are slow and Liz (the waitress) told me? My experience at the Deerfield BWW was terrible. I don?t know who came up with the sauce scale but it needs to be fixed or your... sauces need to be labeled correctly because I order 6 MILD chicken wings MILD! Not Hot, Not Medium but MILD and one bite into myfirst wing my face was on fire, I was in tears. My face was super red and tingling. I called over the shift manager and he didnothing to make my experience better. And if that?s not bad I order Togo food and there was someone?s hair all over the bag andI can tell you I?m blonde?
