Came right before 12pm and the dining area was filthy. It was empty and there was trash all over the floor and a number of... tables not wiped down. I could see at least 6 members of the staff talking with each other behind the counter. When Irequested a refill I was addressed with "what do you want" by one of them talking. What do you think I want holding my emptycup watching you talk to your coworkers? Very disappointed. Read more

this place was slowwww this evening and only had one line going through the main parking area of the drive thru yet traffic was... backed up into the main artery of the plaza. after 10 mins waiting and only having moved 3 car lengths a second attendant cameout to help and formed a second line starting with the cars directly behind mine. that now puts me in the very last spot afterwaiting 10 mins at that pace I'm looking at at least an hour since there were several cars at least 15 ahead of mine prior tothis. I chose to leave as my time is far too valuable, not to mention how disrespectful that is to do to a patron. Read more
Normally, this Chick-Fil-A is quick and efficient. On my current visit, not only did I wait 20 minutes for food I ordered via... the mobile app (the fastest method to order at Chick-Fil-A?s), they managed to serve customers that ordered after me before theyserved me. The only positive I can say about this visit is that they know how to apologize. They gave us 1 meal coupon toapologize for the long wait. On my next visit, I hope that they can be faster. Read more

This place is very well organized. Even though the lines seem to be long, they are taking orders and moving along really fast.... We had the spicy chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich both were great, with the waffle fries. We also had thechocolate chip cookies amazing and some shakes. Highly recommend if you want a quick bite with lots of flavor. Don't forget toask for the Chick-fil-A sauce. Read more
This place is amazing! I've never experienced such amazing service, not just at the counter but even after I sat down to eat!... There was an employee going around the lobby and asking people if their meal was satisfactory. My chicken tenders were the bestI've had from any fast food place, bar none. Food is always great however I come every Saturday almost...Out of 10 Saturdays they have been out of shakes more then half the... time and thats the biggest reason I go! Frustrating! Read more
