My mother placed an order of chix wings for me and honey garlic chix for her. The lady who took the order mistakenly put her... down for honey garlic chix wings instead. When my mom opened it up and saw the mistake she called back. The lady on the otherend kept interrupting her as she was speaking and was yelling at her. She then told my mom that it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hoursbefore they could bring her the correct order and rudely suggested that my mom come and get it herself. I then called to talk tothe man who usually takes the orders and he did the exact same thing to me. He yelled and blamed my mom. We’ve been orderingfrom there for over 5 years. I just can’t fathom how a small business owner could treat a customer that way. Not to mention, aloyal customer!!! They have decent food but we will definitely NEVER order from them again!!! Best Asian food in the neighborhood. Been eating their food for years!! Very big menu, something for everyone . It's take out... only. They deliver which is great too. Fresh ingredients. Chicken wings are lovely and normal size, not like a midget chicken for Domino's. The ribs are tender, moist... and not dry and old. Good job China Moon... keep it up, we shall be back! Read more
