I am a loyal customer to chipotle. I always get a chicken burrito. Same thing every time. This time I got a chicken burrito like... always and as I picked it up it completely fell apart. The lid was not on my food correctly, so my bowl was not covered all the way. It turns out that the foil lid was not pressed... down all the way. This seems really basic to do. My food could have leaked out and broken through the bag entirely. It didn?t,but it?s the simple steps. Read more

I would like someone from corporate to reach out to me. The manager at the store is completely unprofessional. After placing an... online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30 I finally got my order 20 minutes later. When I went through the app to tellthem I was disappointed they offered me free quac and chips and the manager would not get it. Fine no problem I told her it wasridiculous to have to wait. She told me it was not her problem and she did not control the app. When I told her that she shouldreach out as a manager to corporate about the app not giving them enough time to complete online orders she told me that thepeople in line took president of our online orders. The online order station was even closed I don?t know what time the stationis supposed to be closed but I would think if they closed the station then online ordering should be closed. I get home to findout not only am I missing my drink but I?m also missing my chips with my kids meal. In addition none of my meals have sour creambecause they were out of sour cream.
