I would like someone from corporate to reach out to me. The manager at the store is completely unprofessional. After placing an... online order that was supposed to be ready at 7:30 I finally got my order 20 minutes later. When I went through the app to tellthem I was disappointed they offered me free quac and chips and the manager would not get it. Fine no problem I told her it wasridiculous to have to wait. She told me it was not her problem and she did not control the app. When I told her that she shouldreach out as a manager to corporate about the app not giving them enough time to complete online orders she told me that thepeople in line took president of our online orders. The online order station was even closed I don?t know what time the stationis supposed to be closed but I would think if they closed the station then online ordering should be closed. I get home to findout not only am I missing my drink but I?m also missing my chips with my kids meal. In addition none of my meals have sour creambecause they were out of sour cream. When I asked the manager?s name she said Nun-ya ? like none of your business. How couldyou ever hire and keep someone employed that talks to customers like that!!!!! Read more

I am a loyal customer to chipotle. I always get a chicken burrito. Same thing every time. This time I got a chicken burrito like... always and as I picked it up it completely fell apart. I?m very mad about this situation and how chipotle workers don?t know howto wrap a burrito correctly. It?s genuinely not that hard. This experience has ruined my meal and desire to ever go back. This is what a $5.90 dollars grilled chicken and Queso blanco looks like in 2022. By the way no one gram of queso was in this... poor taco. I do not recomend this place. Read more

The lid was not on my food correctly, so my bowl was not covered all the way. It turns out that the foil lid was not pressed... down all the way. This seems really basic to do. My food could have leaked out and broken through the bag entirely. It didn?t,but it?s the simple steps. Read more

4/26/22 Service with a smile is not out of fashion at this location. Kendric greeted up and made the experience rememberable .... Yes, just for a quick bite but service with a smile goes a long way food was good and restaurant was clean. Recommend . Read more

Trust me I?m usually not one to complain at all but my bowl was barley filled and only had a couple pieces of chicken in it.... They also didn?t add the queso I payed extra for, extra tortilla, black beans and salsa I ordered to be put on. How could theyforget so much honestly. I did not get what I payed for at all. I ordered the paleo salad with guac and double meat. Where is the lettuce? It looks like a 25cent portion not at all worth 15... dollars I was charged. It was cold and smelled like swapass(looked like it too) it was inedible. I tried to call because boughton lunch break. I used to eat Chipotle all the time, 2-3 times a week for convenience. Stopped eating there a while back because it felt like... the quality of the food had been steadily going downhill. Decided to order again last week after quite some time - online order.Received my bowl missing basically half of what I had selected to be put on it. After filing a complaint with customer servicethey gave me a BOGO offer as an apology. Used it a couple days later with no issues. Fast forward to yesterday when I order adouble steak salad with fajita veggies, salsa, cheese and a side of guac with a bottled water. The picture here is what ireceived.... a bowl with a scoop of chicken in it and some guac slapped on top, not even the bottled water. You can clearly seeon the ticket attached to the bad what my order was, so this is definitely not a GrubHub delivery issue, its on Chipotle. Theyreally need to get their act together, especially at this Deerfield location.... Read more
