If I could give a review without a star I?d put one. The manager they have this evening ?ray or jay? i don?t know it was like... pulling teeth to get his name. Was no help. I customized a pizza and for some reason the person making it decided to add thingsto it that I do not eat for health reasons. Without realizing I had two slices and now I have been unable to stop throwing upbeing that I do not eat what was added to the pizza.. called back and spoke with whatever his name is for him to be insensitiveand rude even hung up on me after I asked if I could have the General mangers number. I hope the message does get passed downand I get a call tomorrow regarding this manner. I?d hate to have to sue. Read more
Just picked up the pizza and garlic twist from this store and we felt like pizza was not fresh, and was re heat of any previous... pizza. It was lacking freshness. Next time not picking up from this store. Read more
First time ever ordering from domino?s therefore I didn?t know the menu to well, I just relatively knew what I wanted. Isabell... did an amazing job at explaining the menu to me and recommending the food, she had lots of patience with me and was super niceabout it, even trying to get me the best prices. Alright so I?ve ordered from this place many times. The last 5 times I have ordered, it has been awful. It took over an hour to... get my food a few times. Then we even received the wrong order once and the order they came back with was still under cooked. Icomplained but no one every got back to me. (I would give a 0 star if I could for all of that) Now, today? Don was my deliverydriver and he should get a raise. My food for the first time in a long time was hot. I wish you could ask for a delivery driverbecause I?d ask for him every time. (Just for Don I gave the store more stars because he made the difference in my opinion) Read more
Why do I rate this Domino's so highly? Let's run through the list ... 1) The manager and his team actually care about making... the business run right. Neil cares about the products they prepare and the service they give. 2) That carries over to how thestaff prepares and delivers the food. Think all Domino's pizza tastes the same? I disagree. I taste the care in theirpreparation. 3) Value: I never pay for a Domino's meal here without feeling the manager is finding the best available deal forme and my family.
