the dumb lady they having working on Saturday 11/5 in the afternoon had the whole store closed inside. she said she's short... staffed like that's my problem!! anyways she directed me to go thru the drive thru so I went, as I was standing there waiting toplace my order thru the drive thru window ( i had no car ) she tells me. .oh no you need a car to place an order. WHAT KINDADUMBNESS IS THAT. you just lost a customer, and a sell because of horrible customer service. stop hiring crack heads to work atyour store please and thank you. Read more

We walked in to get our order and have been here since 8:15 waiting for our order. We haven?t walked out because they were quick... to take our money but are taking their sweet time with the order. There is enough staff and they have been taking so long thatthere is barely anyone going through the drive thing. Read more
The manager or whoever I spoke to was extremely rude. I was on lunch break and placed a mobile order for walk in pick up and... when I got to the door it was locked. I sat outside for awhile and no one came to unlock it. I went to the window and got theworkers attention to open the door and she said the inside was closed due to short staff. There was at least five people that Isaw working at the moment but whatever. AT LEAST PUT A NOTE ON THE DOOR INSTEAD OF HAVING PEOPLE SIT OUTSIDE WITH NOEXPLANATION. She said I can't be inside cause it draws attention. No one's allowed inside but the employees are wasting timewalking every order out to people in cars. I've been in multiple Dunkin's where there's only two workers and they handledeverything fine. Maybe the manager here needs to be replaced. The whole point of Dunkin and Starbucks to have a place to sit andenjoy a coffee not be locked outside with no explanation. Read more
Went to this Dunkin before work. I ordered food for 3 people. Two of the sandwiches were missing the meat. When I called, the... lady denied the fact that the sandwich included sausage (how she remembered my order from an hour before, I'm not sure). She wasextremely rude. The order clearly says turkey sausage. Instead of just apologizing and offering to fix this mistake she wasnasty and argumentative, not an ideal attribute of good customer service. Read more
